Due to the nature of our services, which often involve substantial upfront work, customization, and the allocation of dedicated resources, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy.

Refund requests must be made formally through email, clearly stating the reason for dissatisfaction or project cancellation. We evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If the project has not yet been initiated or if the client cancels the service before significant work has begun, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and resource allocation costs. However, once the project has moved into the development or delivery phase, or if significant work hours have been invested, refunds are generally not entertained. For service subscriptions like website management, SEO, or social media handling, clients must cancel their services at least 15 days in advance before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. No refunds will be provided for services that have already been rendered or work that has already been completed as per the agreed scope.

In cases where the delay or dissatisfaction arises purely due to Marsh Babbler’s error, without client-side interference, we take full responsibility and may either offer corrective services at no extra cost or provide partial refunds as deemed appropriate. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15-20 business days and will be credited via the original method of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review all proposals, clarify doubts, and communicate clearly before project initiation to ensure smooth collaboration. Our priority always remains to solve issues collaboratively rather than immediately resorting to refunds, as we believe in long-term client relationships and delivering value.
