Kumari Anshu
Position: Chef Operating Officer
Kumari Anshu is the heart and hustle of Marsh Babbler. Currently pursuing BMS in Aviation Services and Air Cargo Management at Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University, she's also a multi-discipline learner, enrolled in a four-year undergraduate program in Anthropology (Major) and Economics (Minor). Anshu blends management sense with cultural depth—and that's her secret power.
From handling airport processes at Fursatganj and Lucknow to observing corporate systems at Delhi’s DCS office, she brings both field experience and academic sharpness. She has also scored an impressive 48/50 in the SEBI Investor Certification Exam, showcasing her financial acumen.
Known lovingly in the team as the “Sabko Order Dene Wali Ladki”, she keeps operations smooth and everyone on their toes. But beyond the screen, she’s a nature lover—often found planting trees, feeding birds, and diving into books or museum collections.
At Marsh Babbler, she brings order, empathy, and an eye for both people and process.
